Abstract

This editorial presents the inaugural issue of NeoKrísis, the Journal of Political and Legal Theories of the NeoKrísis Research Group, and outlines its identity, objectives, and commitment to academic rigor, theoretical pluralism, and critical debate in the fields of politics and law.

  • José Francisco de Assis Dias

    Licenciado em Filosofia pela Universidade de Passo Fundo - RS (1996) e Bacharel em Teologia pela Unicesumar (2014); Especialista em Docência no Ensino Superior pela Unicesumar (2015); Mestre em Direito Canônico pela Pontifícia Universidade Urbaniana, Cidade do Vaticano, Roma, Itália (1992); Mestre em Filosofia pela mesma Pontifícia Universidade Urbaniana, Cidade do Vaticano, Roma, Itália (2006); Doutor em Direito Canônico também pela Pontifícia Universidade Urbaniana, Cidade do Vaticano, Roma, Itália (2005); Doutor em Filosofia também pela Pontifícia Universidade Urbaniana, Cidade do Vaticano, Roma, Itália (2008). Pós-doutorado em Ciências Sociais na UNESP (Campus de Marília-SP), projeto n 3761. Atualmente é professor Associado "A" da UNIOESTE, no Campus de Toledo-PR, onde foi Coordenador do curso de Licenciatura em Filosofia (de 12-2017 a 12-2021); Coordenador do Curso de Bacharelado em Filosofia (10/03/2025...); Suplente coordenador do PPGFIL (01/03/2025...); líder do grupo de pesquisa NeoKrísis da UNIOESTE, CCHS - Campus Toledo/PR; Editor-chefe da Revista NeoKrísis, vinculada ao GP NeoKrísis da UNIOESTE; parecerista de revistas filosóficas, teológicas e jurídicas.
