DESAFIOS DO ESTADO CONTEMPORÂNEO DIANTE DO DESENVOLVIMENTO ECONÔMICO DOS MUNICÍPIOS BRASILEIROS

Abstract

This assignment presents the possible intervenience of the contemporaneous State before the economic development of Brazilian municipalities, represented for Picture of public manager. The aim is to punctuate possible measures that contribute for the promotion of life quality, measured by the Human Development Index – HDI. The method used in this research is revisionist, supported by the theory, which allowed to broaden the discussions and the generalization of the written in here. From the exploratory research it was favorable the bibliographic collection, necessary to the essay. The data base was structured in primary order, in which the technical approach used was qualitative, reining the deductive method.  This paper can be considered a transversal method of study. That analyzes method used was the Historical and Dialectal Materialism. The results achieved unfold it selves in conceptualize and analyze the develop mentalists, with a background of readings that highlight the primacy of the contemporaneous State, in order to help to rule the today’s economy, taking into account that its evaluation instrument of self-regulation is being demonstrated as ineffective. In this vision, the functions of the public policies warm the debate in front of the paper of public manager.
