This article presents a format of the work in the perspective of the neoliberal economical model that articulates the social politics implanted by the Brazilian State. He/she affirms the reflection on the Social Subject visiting the concept of Quilombo. Explicit the identity of this segment while fundamental point in the effectiveness of the subject. The presented speech cuts out the Article 68 of the Act of the Territorial Dispositions to explainthe need of application of politics that you/they consider the exclusivity of each section. We pointed out the relevance of the work category in the contemporary to justify the pertinence of the revindication of the remainders of Quilombos that you/they await the application of a right so much legally constituted as the warranty of could live of the tradition and of the work in the earth.
