This method of work has beenextensively used by ISMs (social movements via Internet), networks of NGOs (nongovernmentalorganizations), etc, and in the organization of major events of the currentpolitical scene which are part of the actors anti globalisation, as in the case of the WSF (WorldSocial Forum). However, the option for the use of coordinated actions by networks, in thecontext of the WSF have generated questions about the type of relationship established inthese interior, eg., the establishment of hierarchies, and generated concerns about a possiblefragmentation and adulteration of the event it is proposed to be global. Thus, in a preliminaryeffort in making use of methodologies used in ANS (analysis of social networks), this articletries investigate the networks of the WSF, noted the existence or not of these new relationshipsand disputes and, as such thinking may be fragmentation contributing to a possible change ofthis event.
