Abstract

This article has as objective the elaboration of historical knowledge that has asbase the perspective of the Guarani in the West of the Paraná, understanding the peoplesnative as citizens of its histories. The bedding of the reflection is of that the Guarani affirmsand uses the ethnic identity conscientiously as instrument politician in its relations withdiverse segments of the national society. Manipulated ethnic identity while instrumentpolitician at the moments where this if to make necessary. In this direction, it is apprehendedthat to produce knowledge on aboriginal peoples if it makes fundamental to have inconsideration, a priori, the junction of the internal dynamics of each collective one in specificwith directly involved the external factors in distinct contexts.
