THE BRAZILIAN MENTAL HEALTH NETWORK’S ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Objective: To understand the brazilians mental health services’ organization between the years 2011 and 2016. Materials and Methods: This is an integrative review of the literature. In order to identify the published studies the Network of Attention in Mental Health’s organizational structure of in Brazil, an online search was conducted in the SciELO and LILACS databases, on the Virtual Health Library website, between March and April 2016, corresponding to the Period from January 2011 to April 2016. For this, the following descriptors were used: mental health, mental health services, mental health care. Results: 94 were enrolled, of which 15 were selected and analyzed. For the presentation of the results, a table was prepared with the following data: year of publication, name of journal, name of authors, title of article and level of evidence. From the analysis emerged two thematic axes: psychiatric reform and organizational network and service flow. Discussion: In the first axis, there have been changes in attention in mental health with the Psychiatric Reform. In the second axis, it was understood the importance of implementing substitutive services. Conclusion: This study made it possible to understand the structural organization of mental health services in the last five years, outlining the advances that have occurred. This because the services are connected with Psychiatric Reform’s proposals, providing to the individual in psychic suffering possibilities of the conviviality in society.
