Abstract

The “Momento-Movimento” project was developed in the Physical Education course at UNIOESTE, aiming to provide recreational and playful experiences for students from various courses. The methodology involved planning, organization, execution, and evaluation of short recreational activities (10 minutes), applied at the beginning or end of classes. Six undergraduate groups were served, totaling 18 sessions. The results indicated significant acceptance from participants, highlighting increased engagement and well-being. It is concluded that the implementation of recreational activities in the university environment can contribute to students’ socialization, motivation, and quality of life, recommending the project's continuity and expansion.
