O ATOR E AS NOVAS CONFIGURAÇÕES DO SOCIAL NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE

Abstract

The paper reflects on some of the elements that make up the new landscape ofsocial policy and economic organization of Western society, in which the centrality of demandsfor rights and recognition is constituted by the conflict. In this scenario the actors aremobilized to institutionalize social agendas of interest in terms of cultural demands. Ascentral elements of these new processes of social organization are present to fight for rightsto recognition in diversity, and theories on the subject identify the decline of social categoriesgiving rise to the notion of cultural subject. In order of this new configuration presentsthe emergence of actors as subjects of individual or collective action by imposing the reorderingin the construction of public policies that are being improved from the demandgranted that refers to culture, gender, ethnicity, generating a plurality of actors . The relationshipbetween capital and labor move to the discourse surrounding the plurality and thenew performance of the actors from the scaling up of agency capabilities and resources acrossprojects.
