Abstract
We intends, with this study, an analysis of the book A árvore das palavras (2004), by Teolinda Gersão, in order to verify how the identity´s afirmation of the Mozambique´s people is build. The culture´s elements are exposed by the Gita´s point of view, the character that lives the conflict between two diferents traditions: the Portugal´s culture and the Mozambique´s way of life, so that its made an identity´s conflict.Downloads
