Abstract

In this paper, we investigate the importance of the term in-between,

theoretically constituted in Silviano Santiago's work and thoroughly used in the discursive

field of the Cultural Studies. This term is perceived in its dispersion character, by

foucaultian perspective, making possible the activation of descentralization and

descontruction forces, inherent to the postdisciplinarity conception and to the exhibition

and aggression work of the western metaphysical thought, executed by the current culture

studies.
