EDUCATION AND RESIGNATION IN IDENTITY PROCESSES AND THE LAW CONFLICT IN THE ADOLESCENCE

Of this form the objective of the work was consisted of carrying through participativas comments in an institution that gives to assistance the adolescents in conflict with the law, having as purpose to understand the processes in which if they constitute the identity of the same ones, besides exploring which age the conception that these individuals had concerning crime and of the "law". Through these interactions one searched to identify the vision that the same ones possess on the acts that had committed, considered under the optics of the effective system as infractions, and to question the meaning in accordance with attributed to this phenomenon the context where they live. The visits to the institution had been effected of June of 2004 the July of 2005. The used methods had been the participant comment and notations in daily of field. During the research a group of approximately 10 adolescents with the purpose was folloied to observe and even though to participate of the ressignificações of the identities of the same ones in relation to the group process. The analysis of the gotten data indicates that the conception of "law" assimilated by these adolescents corresponds to the definitive concrete norms for the daily one.
