in Brazil, particularly, the process of inequality of the public and private sectors. Examines
the passage of laws that influence the educational policies of higher education, the lack of
improvement and insecurity of universities, their conflicts, their commitments and their
social responsibilities. And pointing gaps
filled by the private sector in permanent expansion.
