This paper aims to present a reflection about the training process of teachers developed at the Federal University of Acre as part of the curriculum structure of the program. So, it was formatted a training program called PROFA. This program is a proposal from MEC and, on account of the historic moment of training of teachers who were living in Acre, its content has been embedded in the course of Pedagogy because it serves teachers in the system of State and Municipal education whose initial training for performance teaching was in high school. Given this experience feel the need, in reflection on the training of such teachers, making movement of reflection of our own training, as do our trainers and the impact of such training and do this in the training of other teachers. Furthermore, we believe that strategically the process of training moves with the stillness of who gradually learns to involve it in a new process of reflection that includes the possibilities of other worlds which is possible both to one that learns about what to teach.
