Abstract

In this study a accomplished during the school year of 2009 at CTISM – Colégio Técnico Industrial de Santa Maria with PROEJA- National Program of Integration of the Professional Education with basic education of yongs and adults education, i endeavor to develop strategies which contributed to the great challenge of this modality: the permanence and success of the scholars. In the educational context of young and adultes i verified that besides the period of distance from school, which difficults the follow of the curricular components, there is an emotional vaariable that gives evidence in a meaningful way of the scholar abandon. Looking for alternatives to lessen the effect of this emotional variable i developed a notion of “agreements of conclusion”. This article describes theoretical axes, process of accomplishement and the contribution of the agreements on the course of the scholar
