Abstract

Helena Kolody is without a doubt an exponent in the literature from Paraná. She dedicated her life to teaching and the art of writing, synthesizing in these elements the tonic of living. The beauty in her verses, come from the multiplicity of themes that consecrate her work. Her sensibility about life, worried, mainly about the humanity problematic is presented in several poems that mark a phase is her production. She is aware of the suffering purifies and ennobles the human being, the author incorporates  other themes and among them the Christian faith takes possession of her heart and establishes the religiosity, making her cravings turn to the divine plan and the eternity. The difference in the poetic text is the feeling that emerges that suscitates in the words.
