Hilda Hilst and the boundaries of language - a reading of “O Caderno Rosa de Lori Lamby”
Keywords:
LITERATURA, INFÂNCIA, RELATO, TRANSGRESSÃOAbstract
In “o caderno rosa de lori lamby”, hilda hilst describes the life of an eight year old girl, victim of sexual abuse and who, apparently, feels pleasure from being abused. Lori`s narrative has an ironic naturalistic tone and the reader is astonished to notice that her experiences are narrated without any signs of trauma. This study investigates how the socalled diary suspends moral and social values in favor of transgression.
