THE RHETORIC OF FEAR IN THE CONTEXT OF SYMBOLIC VIOLENCE

Promotion of Human Rights established by the creation of supra-national organizations, and the establishment of laws and international courts to combat various forms of violence that has been essential in advancing respect and appreciation of human life becomes an instrument of civility increasingly effective. However, symbolic violence lacks visibility and unspeakable, which is why there are no legal instruments capable of fighting it. The test presented here gives rise to call attention to the phenomenon of the Rhetoric of Fear in the context of Symbolic Violence, considering there is high recurrence events in various social settings and that can not be criminalized or fought since his character unverifiable.
