THE CONSTRUCTION OF THEIDENTITY IN THE AND BY THE LANGUAGE
Keywords:
Linguagem, Identidade, Agricultores desapropriadosAbstract
The recent discussions, in the Social Science area, treat about the thematic of the identity production as mediated by the linguistic, culture and social-historic interactions of the subjects. These interactions happen by the language as a system of signification through which the identities are continually constructed. To leave from these presuppositions, in this search work, we have to objective discuss how happened the construction of the identity of the farmers from the extreme west of Paraná, in process of alienation of his properties for the Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Plant building. Some reports expressed in the document “The Mausoleum of the Pharaoh”, written by the journalist Antônio Carlos Moura and published in August, 1978 by the Commission of the Earth Pastoral will be analyzed. Theoretically we support us in the Cultural Studies of Hall (2005), Woodward (2011), bringing also some reflections from Moita Lopes (2002, 2003) in that who concerns the relation between language and identity.Downloads
