DO PARAÍSO AO INFERNO: UMA TRAJETÓRIA ERRANTE

RESUMO: O presente artigo tem como objetivo descrever a trajetória errante efetivada pelos personagens configurados no romance Madona do Páramos (1982), abrangendo início, meio e fim. Enfatizar-se-á, sobretudo, o homem e sua relação com a natureza e vice-versa. Ambos, tanto o homem quanto a natureza passam por processo de transfiguração. Contudo, os personagens são modificados negativamente, ao contrário da natureza que se torna cada vez mais forte e telúrica. Simultaneamente, far-se-á associações analógicas com as três fases do regionalismo brasileiro. E, por último, serão ressaltadas que as referidas representações são assimilações de características identitárias da região de Mato Grosso que o romancista Ricardo Guilherme Dicke, ao trilhar o caminho desmistificador e indagar as permanências e modificações históricas e culturais, configura-as na imanência do presente romance.PALAVRAS CHAVE: Madona dos Páramos; sertão; regionalismo.Downloads
