Abstract

The paper presented aims to describe ergonomic issues, drawing a parallel with its implementation in a grahic interface project. Later descriptive analyzes were made relating to user behavior with emotional design, with specific focus on cognitive load and user experience of this. As final considerations described the reflexes of all analyzes and relations, focusing on a graphic interface project.
