Abstract

ABSTRACT: This paper brings an analysis and reflection about the language of the Law, considering some terms that compose the juridical lexicon. The data collection started from a comparative analysis among juridical lexicon items, considering as preliminary propositions, to understand its polysemic aspect, whether in its internal or external meanings, and also the awareness that, mostly, this lexicon circumscribes activities that should be, a priori, known by any citizen, but that are comprehended only by the professionals of the juridical field.
