LEILA DINIZ: ROTEIRO, DIREÇÃO E PRODUÇÃO, POR LUIZ CARLOS LACERDA
Abstract
Neste texto, viaja-se pela criação e produção do filme Leila Diniz (1987), por meio de uma entrevista com o roteirista, diretor e produtor, Luiz Carlos Lacerda. Um filme ficcional que se mistura à realidade, tanto pela representação de parte da vida de Leila Diniz – um dos ícones femininos do Brasil –, quanto pela vida de Lacerda, de quem Leila foi grande amiga, cuja amizade também é representada no filme Leila Diniz. Inicialmente, Luiz Carlos Lacerda sentiu medo em escrever, dirigir e produzir um filme a partir da dor da perda de Leila, pois não queria que este fosse um filme triste, já que em sua memória permaneciam as lembranças da vitalidade e alegria que Leila representava, inclusive, para o imaginário coletivo, em um contexto histórico marcado pela censura e perseguição em que viveu Leila Diniz: “este cometa que teve uma vida breve, mas intensa e que com sua luz iluminou o coração do Brasil.”Downloads
