Abstract

ABSTRACT: The article seeks demonstrate the concept of work the of light of historical and dialectical materialism. From this perspective of analysis, work in a social way, is the decisive element in the constitution and human emancipation. That occurs in the capitalist system the constitution of the human being, is given by their alienation from the exploitation of its workforce. Thus, wonders, work as an educational principle as a political-educational proposal that has an emancipatory perspective of the human being, beyond the capital.
