Abstract

The objective of this article was to approach as the ethics are perceived and
argued inside of determined financial institutions. Through a bibliographical revision on the
meanings and the range of the enterprise ethics in the context of these organizations, the
method used for the accomplishment of this research was the collection of secondary data,
forming thus a base for other research on the ethical questions in the companies, in special in
financial institutions. The gotten results point with respect to the resistance of the financial
institutions in arguing on the subject, had as basic for the survival of these in the work market
contemporary.
