Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar a série Mad Men, no contexto da Terceira Era de Ouro da Televisão, explorando as influências das relações estéticas e mercadológicas na produção seriada, a transmídia, a micro e a macronarrativa. Para isso, à luz de conhecimentos de autores especializados em roteiro, dramaturgia e séries de televisão, como Robert McKee, Renata Pallottini, Siviano Santiago, Maria Beatriz Rahde, entre outros, o artigo faz uma breve análise sobre a importância da conversação entre diversas áreas para a construção desse novo tipo de narrativa.
