Abstract

In 2006 had been completed fifty (50) years of the first edition of Grande Sertão:Veredas, of João Guimarães Rosa and amongst the many studies that this masterpiece already

inhaled, the idea appeared to carry through a comparison of stretches of the work of the author

with texts of classic philosophers. In the article that however we present deep ideas can be

unmasked on the perpetual one to flow; plurality of know; relativity in the perception of the

world; clear anthropological conscience; knowledge of the social laws and the nature that lead the

life human being and everything this meets in a diagonal line of philosophical texts that cut the

literary composition in an attempt of to approach.
