UNDERSTANDING THE NEED TO TRAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH CRITICAL ABOUT THE MEDIA, THIS ARTICLE AIMS TO DEMONSTRATE HOW IMPORTANT IS THE EDUCOMMUNICATION IN SCHOOL AGED STUDENTS, THE STUDY IS SUPPORTED BY ANALYSIS OF AUTHORS ON THE SUBJECT AND RESULTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF WORKSHOPS EDUCOMMUNICATION CONDUCTED BY THE FACULDADE DE CIÊNCIAS SOCIAIS E APLICADAS DE CASCAVEL (UNIVEL) THROUGH THE ACADEMIC COURSE-MEDIA JOURNALISM AT THE YOUTH CENTER PROFESSOR JOMAR ROCHA VIEIRA AT INTERLAGOS ON CASCAVEL NEIGHBORHOOD. THUS THE FIRST PART OF THIS ARTICLE SEEKS TO CONCEPTUALIZE COMMUNICATION EDUCOMMUNICATION, AND THE INFLUENCE THAT THE MEDIA HAVE ON SOCIETY, WHILE THE SECOND PART PRESENTS THE METHOD OF WORKSHOPS AND A REFLECTION ON THE RESULT.
