Abstract

This study has as main purpose to do a literature review on the topic elearning, distance learning: synthesizing the main characteristics of distance education, which make it an effective way of transmitting knowledge to most of those within the context of a postmodern world. To achieve this goal will make the use of research in books, authors who speak on the subject as well as the recent research in this area. Confront the cognitive learning style prevalent in members of the generation of the postmodern context with the available tools for ead.
