Abstract

Objective: To analyze the scientific production on welfare issues among teachers. Materials and method: literature integrative review in which the search of primary studies were performed in databases Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences, US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, Cochrane Library e Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, involving studies published between 2000 and 2015. Results: the final sample consisted of three primary studies, including cross-sectional studies and published in Brazilian journals. In the analyzed studies, identified the six level of scientific evidence, with the approach subjective well-being, psychological and welfare at work. Conclusion: there are few studies with low level of scientific evidence. The job satisfaction promotes the well-being and quality of life of teachers, both in personal and professional life.
