Abstract

To understand the trajectory of the Heideggerian elaboration of the concept of time it is fundamental to understand and analyze the conference The concept of time (Der Begriff der Zeit). We understand that although time is thematized in several other youth texts or even later Heideggerian works, it is visible at this 1924 conference that the thinker’s concern is to conceive, in a thematically explicit way, a new concept of time. Our initial proposal is restricted, on the one hand, to sighting and to highlight the ideas that led to the Heideggerian elaboration of the concept of time, which is why many related themes cannot be specifically addressed in this article; on the other hand, we are concerned to point to a series of studies focused particularly on this fundamental text of the paths taken by Heidegger between 1915 and 1930.
