O objetivo do presente artigo é identificar e descrever elementos fundamentais da relação pessoal, particularmente entre seres humanos. Após breve análise histórica e delimitação da perspectiva antropológica em questão, são descritos e analisados liberdade, amor e mistério como elementos que caracterizam a relação humana. A principal referência é a antropologia filosófica de Edith Stein, embora o artigo inclua referências à filosofia moderna e contemporânea.
