O objetivo do presente artigo é analisar as relações entre a filosofia, o ofício do escritor e a tecnologia, tecendo considerações que caminharão pelo plano do atual e do atemporal. Para embasar o trabalho, autores como Nietzsche e Edgar Morin, tendo por norte a perspectiva nietzschiana de enxergar a vida e, no caso, a tecnologia, além do bem e do mal. Além disso, o diálogo com outras áreas do saber, como o xadrez, permitirá problematizar como que é possível uma simbiose entre o ser humano e a tecnologia.
