ABSTRACT
This paper aims to highlight the panorama of publications related to emotions at work available in the Web of Science database. To this end, the main characteristics and possible hot topics related to the theme in the period from 2009 to 2020 were presented. Regarding the methodological procedures, the study was divided into two stages. In the first part of the research, the information collected was: total number of publications, year, thematic areas, title of the sources, authors with the most publications, institutions linked to the publication, countries, languages and most cited articles. In the second part of the research, a list of 30 possible hot topics associated with the central theme of the study was elaborated from the analysis of the publications and the theoretical foundation.
