ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF FACEBOOK IN THE PRODUCTION OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BY EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAT

The society and the labor market coexist in an environment of rapid change and demands on companies and professionals. The literature about the modern executive secretary profile identified that the changes in the social and market scenario in recent times, partly influenced by the evolution of social media and the appreciation of knowledge management, represent significant changes also to the performance of the professional secretarial. The stage of data collection was conducted through questionnaires sent to professionals linked to the Union of the State of Ceará Desks, the SINDSECE, and graduates of the course of the Executive Secretary graduated from the Federal University of Ceará. Regarding the analyzed data, one can conclude that the process of using Facebook as a tool for production, management and / or sharing of technical knowledge by the Secretariat of professional presents novice way, but this professional keeps tabs to follow the social changes that are caused by this and other social media, being inserted in them, even if mostly the are using only for personal purposes.
