Voluntariado corporativo: um estudo bibliométrico com VOSviewer

Abstract

Coporate volutering has been highlighted in academic and practional business literature. This article prepared a bibliometric analysis related to corporate volunteering in the Web of Science database. Articles from the beginning of the database until 2019 were analyzed and the VOSviewer software was used to determine the areas of emphasis for researchers, the language of publication of this research, the trend in the number of publications from year to year, the most relevant journals for publication and the most cited authors. The study revealed that 97.08% of the articles are in English, with 29.7% being produced in the United States. The research provides guidance for those who wish to produce research on organizational performance, pointing to the most prominent researchers and resources on the subject. Interesting elements are presented for those who seek to research the theme, providing information on which journals to consult and which authors are most eminent.
