Abstract

The professional development of the Executive Secretary for the past year has led to extensive training in various aspects related to the business world. This reality demands of the area teachers whose teaching experience and market are closely linked. This paper aimed to investigate how the experience of the Executive Secretary in the context of organizations contribute to the construction of their teacher education. Therefore, it was made, first, a theoretical review that provided the necessary basis and in a second stage was conducted field research with teachers in the Executive Secretariat through a questionnaire with objective questions. The main results signaled that the experience of the Executive Secretary of services is fundamental to the construction of their teacher education by allowing the transmission of knowledge acquired in the practice of contributing to the profession of teaching-learning process, and requires the alignment between practice professional and pedagogical knowledge and teaching.
