Abstract

The digital technology, dominant in the actual Age of Knowledge, dictates the pace of innovation, social changes and responses from the organizations, in the implementation of new processes, note the new demands. In this context, the sector of Information Technology (IT) in the organizations change the holder and way of generating and storing information, taking decisive character to the viability of other features and strategies. Faced with this new condition, of having their own management processes, wonder how an emerging IT sector must be structured, in order to offer the perception of this new role for managers? In conducting this study, it was studied the case of an emerging IT sector in a company also emerging. As a strategy, it was proposed a new product to the managers of IT, of undeniable need for operationalization of the organization's actions. The opinions of the managers were recorded systematically by the use of an instrument of evaluation of impact factors for the user of IT. Thus, the software "Master Caixa", which helps in controlling the cash flow was presented in detail and available to managers of the CONSET-Jr, gathering up his impressions by means of an instrument of Bailey and Pearson (1983), commonly used to measure and analyze user satisfaction of IT. The paper reports the construct of user satisfaction in their indications of factors considered of greater and lesser relative importance, besides the main determinants of their satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
