COMITÊS FEMININOS: A PARTICIPAÇÃO DAS MULHERES NO SISTEMA COOPERATIVISTA

Abstract

This article has for objective to analyze particularities of an integration project
developed by the Agrobusiness Cooperative “Copagril”, company with thirst in Marechal
Cândido Rondon – West of Paraná-Brazil. The project is accomplished starting from the
organization of feminine committees, and seeks to offer to the women a more active
participation in the community with base in the social integration, tend in view, especially, the
improvement of the life quality. To develop the study a methodology of exploratory and
descriptive, quantitative and qualitative research it was used, tend as instrument of collection
of primary data a questionnaire with shut and open questions. The delimitation of the
research is configured as stratified sample of the women. The results of the research
evidence the importance that the project of a cooperative assumes in the life of yours
cooperated and shows that the associated are satisfied with the development of the work in
the committees. The study also points for the need of innovations, justifying, thereby, the
importance of the activities for the rural community of the area of performance of the
cooperative.
