Those organizations also needed, to review their concepts in relation to functions carried out by their collaborators, creating models for administration or even adapting the already existent similar of aiding in the socket of decision for futures commitments, with exclusive views of last experiences. In other words, they configure an empiric situation with several variables, in the attempt of expressing a homogeneous behavior that it aids in the sockets of decision.
