This study aimed to investigate the importance of the management area in the process learning of Executive Secretariat students of the State University of Pará, who were in supervised training, in 2013. Were used questionnaires for collecting of data with Likert scale, varying from “do not agree totally” by “agree totally”. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistic tools. The conclusions indicate there is great relevance, from the perspective of the students, of the management area in the actuation of them, inside and outside the classroom, and also indicate that the profile of their behavior is little correlated with the behavior of their workplaces, requiring investigation of these workplaces, where these students apply their knowledge.
