A EVOLUÇÃO DA ÁREA SECRETARIAL ÀS CIÊNCIAS DA ASSESSORIA

Abstract

This research has as objective to understand the various functions that the professional executive secretariat is able to develop in organizations, making a general analysis of the activities performed by the professional from the beginning of the profession until today. Beyond that is important to demonstrate the progress secretarial area has achieved in various fields and the paths taken to reach the Advice Science. The methodology followed the multi case study method, by analyzing five companies in Guarapuava-PR, using a qualitative approach, through the application of questionnaires to five bachelors in secretariat. We also performed literature search, seeking input on theoretical materials existing in the area of executive secretarial and advisory services. The results showed that the professional of executive secretarial won their space, leaving aside the technicism acting as adviser attached directly to the manager, this professional has become “intellectual professional” acting in the areas of advisement, management, consultancy and academic research according the Advise Science.
