Abstract

The career management accord Dutra (1996) it’s a pathway structured and organized in time and space that can be followed by someone, in this sense organizations exercise an important paper in people development seeing that is through her the individuals can reach the professional objectives. The research objective was evaluated if the origin of capital controller changes the way in which industries manage their staff career. It’s about a quantitative, exploratory, deductive and bibliographic study, which data collect, occurred in transversal way. Could be concluded that multinationals industries plan and implement programs and career management projects for a larger number of staffs comparatively with national industries, moreover it was found that both manage in equal manner the programs and projects related with staffs retirement.
