Abstract

Immigration is a phenomenon that accompanies the history of humanity, but it is intriguing that Brazil is receiving a dense immigration movement of Haitians that include the Brazilian territory as a destination to seek better living conditions. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the context of Haitian immigration in Brazil and the integration of Haitian workers in the companies in which they are allocated. The research is characterized as bibliographical allowing the theoretical foundation, which will later be deepened. In this sense, the theme is justified because it is extremely important to understand the relationships established with managers, colleagues, that there are cultures, values, and different habits constituting a challenging environment where interculturality is present at all times. Therefore, it is necessary to construct researches that provide information support, allowing knowledge of how to conduct established relations, as well as minimizing the impacts of cultural conflicts. Therefore, it is important to know the Haitian culture, by the Brazilians, as well as to disseminate our Brazilian culture to the immigrants, with the exchange of experiences, knowledge, not to determine a homogeneous culture, but to enable the integration and dynamics of the work team, With the differences and making the environment conducive to the development of the designated works.
