O PAPEL DA LOGÍSTICA REVERSA NA MITIGAÇÃO DO DESPERDÍCIO EM CADEIAS DE SUPRIMENTOS AGROALIMENTARES/The role of reverse logistics in the mitigation of waste in agricultural supply chains

Resumo

Òrgãos internacionais têm alertado para problemas de escassez de alimentos, que pode ser agravado pelas interrupções relacionadas ao COVID-19 no comércio internacional das cadeias de suprimentos agroalimentares (CSAs). A logística reversa (LR) é importante no combate ao desperdício de alimentos, ajudando a otimizar o processo de distribuição. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar como a LR pode ajudar a mitigar o desperdício nas CSAs e quais estratégias têm sido adotadas para que isso possa ser efetivado. Este trabalho se classifica como básico, descritivo e qualitativo, cujo procedimento técnico foi a revisão sistemática da literatura. Os dados foram analisados utilizando os preceitos de Bardin (1977). Os resultados mostram que há melhor aproveitamento dos resíduos alimentares quando se usa sistemas de roteirização, que otimizam o processo de distribuição e promovem a redução do desperdício. Adicionalmente, foi constatado que o comportamento das pessoas e do governo são importantes para a mitigação do desperdício.

Biografia do Autor

Fabrício Oliveira Leitão, UnB (Universidade de Brasília)

Possui graduação em Administração, especialização em Gestão Educacional, mestrado em Agronegócios, e doutorado em Transportes. Atualmente é professor da Faculdade CNEC Unaí, titular das disciplinas de Teorias da Administração, Administração da Produção e Operações, Introdução à Engenharia de Produção, Desenvolvimento do Produto e Logística. Professor no UDF Centro Universitário de Brasília, lecionando as disciplinas de Gestão de Projetos, Análise e Melhoria de Processos, Arquitetura Organizacional e Gestão da Produção e Operações. Também é coordenador do curso de Engenharia de Produção da Faculdade CNEC Unaí, e supervisor da Revista CNEC com Ciência. Tem artigos publicados em Revistas Especializadas trabalhando com as linhas de pesquisa voltadas para a Gestão da Produção e Logística. É membro do grupo de pesquisa do GPIT/UnB (Grupo de Pesquisa sobre Planejamento e Gestão em Transportes) e do GECOMP/UnB (Grupo de Estudos sobre a Sustentabilidade e Competitividade do Agronegócio/UnB) onde lidera uma linha de pesquisa sobre Logística no Agronegócio. Foi consultor do Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento no projeto Suinocultura de Baixa Emissão de Carbono em 2015 e 2016.

Omar Ouro Salim, Universidade de Brasília

Doutorando em Administraão pela Universidade de Brasília (PPGA), Mestre em Gestão Organizacional pela Universidade Federal de Goiás. Possui graduação em Marketing pela universidade de Lomé (2013). Tem experiência nas áreas de estratégia marketing e Cooperativismo. Estagio de 3 meses no departamento das operações bancárias locais no banco BSIC em 2014. Formação em WORD e EXCEL na universidade de Lomé (2014). Dois anos de ensino em escola particular nas áreas de matemática e física (2013-2014). Obteve diplomas de língua francesa DALF C2 na aliança francesa de Lomé (2014), de Celpe Bras pelo MEC e de língua inglesa nível avançado no site de myenglishonline (2017).
