Abstract

This work reports an experience for teaching and learning Environmental Education (EE) carried out through a didactic game, emphasizing the study of sustainability. A board game was developed where the general theme is sustainability, presenting questions related to the topic, with the aim of expanding students' knowledge, curiosity and teamwork, as well as providing a more enjoyable and fun way of learning. Active methodologies, constructivism and conversation circles were the methodologies used to apply the game and later to evaluate the students, where it was possible to observe the development of the students through associations of practices made by them, which before the application the students did not They knew that they were sustainable practices, so we concluded that the game developed achieved the expected results with regard to discussions relevant to Environmental Education today.
