Abstract

This essay has the main purpose of presenting a reflection on the times of climate emergency with its crossings in our ontological existential dimension. Based on a hermeneutic effort, it proposes some conceptual outlines in the sense of seeking to understand the current context. The study recognizes a difficulty we have in reviewing the time agenda. Thus, starting from the time of emergency, it presents, at first, some data that reinforce this state and condition with many socio-environmental pathologies. In a second, it resorts to ancestral knowledge and seeks to carry out some comprehensive movements based on ancestral knowledge about the Logunan divinity and its possible warnings and invitations to processes of ontological redefinition. Finally, the essay recognizes the need for integrative perspectives to think about confronting the Anthropocene rationality and systemic possibilities of Climate Environmental Education.
