Abstract

The coffee’s agricultural and industrial system in Brazil underwent long decades of Government regulation, whose aim at maximize the revenues of export of the country and maintain stabilized the revenue from coffee growing, an important monetary base for industrialization. The part from decade of 1990 it got the deregulation of the sector with the adoption of various free measures. After fifteen years from adoption from the practices of free market about to the SAG of the cafe , this study object demonstrate the way of coffee’s agricultural and industrial system, contemplating dice of prior periods and posterior the deregulation of the sector. By the data presented and analyzed, the free market brought benefits about to the SAG of the Brazilian’s coffee, the production has been increased and the rates have been the same. The agents who act in the marketplace have developed mechanisms of strengthening of the system. Beyond that, the no governmental entities linked the sector they have filled in with success the gaps let at Government, appease an environment organizational in keeping with the necessities of the companies and of the market.
