Abstract

The informational assimetry provokes economic instability and, in the case of a public politic planning, it is importante to have as a directed valour, as a parameter, because of the situation that representes the general balance.  The information assimetry directly affects the efficience of public politics. The object of analysis of this dissertation is the fenomenon of information distortion in the socioeconomic relations.  The general goal is to apply the method which was developed to mesure the fenomenon  of informational assimetry to verify its validation as a method of quantification  of efficience of intitutional politics, a study of concession of credit to PRONAF as to agricultors’ families in São José do Barreiro in  the period of 2008 to 2012. The research was done throught a documental, bibliographic and a questionary application  to the agricultors of São José do Barreiro City. It was made a description of the studied fenomenon and a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of public politics. The results pointed that the informational assimetry impacts over PRONAF and demonstrated that the method which was proposed is efficent as an instrument of evaluation of politics.
