With the increase in production agroindustrial and the occupation of new borders more and more distant of the great consuming centers of the country and of the export ports, it increases the concern of how to give that production at competitive prices. This work had as objective presents an analysis of the head office of transport of Mato Grosso do Sul in the period from 1999 at 2003. Through a comparative analysis among the head offices of transports of the State of 1999 and 2003, it was possible to evaluate his/her evolution, to identify the main deficiencies. Solutions of the found deficiencies were presented to sockets of decisions.Downloads
