Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between the technological and industrial Parana its stock of human capital in the period 2000 to 2009. For this, we used data on the human capital (schooling) and on the number of industrial establishments located in each micro-region of Paraná, divided into technological intensities, and other data relating to the control variables. Through estimates using panel data found that human capital exerts a positive effect on the levels of technology considered, noting that the higher the technological level of industry is greater demand for human capital to its location in a particular region .
